At the Rinascimento On-line Store, orders may be dispatched to all countries in the European Union.
In detail, orders are accepted from the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Orders placed on the Rinascimento On-line Store will be processed, prepared and delivered to the courier within 24/72 hours from the Order Confirmation, from Monday to Friday.
Shipment and delivery of orders may be delayed when placed during sale periods or during the following holidays: 1 January, 6 January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, 25 December, 26 December.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to modify the shipping and delivery times.
STANDARD shipments in Italy will take place approx. in 1- 3 working days following shipment from our warehouse in Cremona, Italy (delivery times to the islands are approx. 3-4 working days).
Delivery times to European countries are 3-5 working days, for Cyprus and Malta 8-10 days and Russia approximately 15 days.
Shipping costs may vary from country to country. The table below indicates the tariffs applied for each country:

At the Rinascimento On-line Store, orders may be dispatched to all countries in the European Union.
You may place an order for a different country from your country of residence, but you must select the products and complete your purchases on the site of the country you wish the delivery to be made to.
You can always change the country of destination by selecting the correct country in the COUNTRY area in the menu on the bottom right.
The same product shown in different Countries may have different prices.
MONITORING DELIVERIES MONITORING DELIVERIES
After the order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail indicating the tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time on the Poste Italiane website for Italy and San Marino, and DHL for European countries.
You can always contact the Customer Service if the tracking number is not traceable.
For delivery of on-line orders, you can choose the most practical delivery address: your home, your office or to another person. Please note however that we cannot dispatch goods to a P.O. box.
Our courier (Poste Italiane for Italy and San Marino) delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours. The courier will make 2 attempts to deliver the parcel. If there is nobody at the indicated shipping address, the courier will leave a note with the address of the closest branch where you may collect your parcel in person.
Our courier (DHL for European countries) delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours. The courier will make 3 attempts to deliver the parcel. After the third attempt, the parcel will automatically be returned to the Rinascimento On-line Store warehouse and Customer Care will contact the Customer by e-mail when the parcel is received.
If the package is opened or tampered with upon delivery, you must refuse the package or sign to accept with reservation. If you fail to comply with this procedure, Rinascimento will not be liable for any disputes and/or claims for compensation.
Shipping to a Pickup Point Shipping to a Pickup Point
Order processing can take up to 3 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends) from receipt of the order confirmation email. However, during sales and holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.
Orders may experience shipping and delivery delays during the Sales period and on the following public holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
You can collect your package at a "Punto Poste" pickup point within 5 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, which will include the tracking link for your order. Once the package arrives at your selected pickup point, you will receive a notification email from the courier. You will have 7 days from the receipt of this email to collect your package from the selected Punto Poste location. After 7 days, the package will be automatically returned to the sender.
The Punto Poste network consists of pickup points and local businesses offering package collection and shipping services (15,500 tobacconists, cafés, stationery shops, newsstands, and KiPoint stores).
The cost is as follows:
> Free for orders over €200.
> €8 for orders under €199,99.
The service is available for deliveries within the Netherlands only.
Please note: once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change or modify the selected pickup point address.

Riempi la shopping bag e scegli il negozio in cui preferisci ricevere l'ordine selezionando il metodo di spedizione Click & Collect (ritiro in negozio) nella fase di conclusione dell’ordine.
Ricevi l'email di conferma
Completato l’ordine, riceverai una email di conferma: ricordati di portarla con te quando vieni in negozio (stampata o sul tuo cellulare), insieme a un documento di identità valido. Se decidi di delegare qualcuno per il ritiro, la persona incaricata dovrà mostrare una copia del tuo documento, un proprio documento valido, la conferma dell'ordine e una lettera di delega firmata.
Ritira in negozio
Non appena il pacco sarà consegnato presso il punto vendita da te selezionato riceverai una mail che conferma l'arrivo. A partire dalla data di arrivo, avrai a disposizione 14 giorni per ritirare il pacco ed effettuare un eventuale reso.
In caso di mancato ritiro, trascorsi questi 14 giorni il tuo ordine sarà reso al mittente.
Ci ripensi? Nessun problema...
Puoi effettuare il reso rivolgendoti direttamente al negozio in cui hai ritirato l'ordine; in alternativa puoi inoltrare la richiesta di restituzione in autonomia accedendo al tuo account oppure utilizzando la procedura "Reso (guest)" se hai effettuato l'acquisto come ospite.
IMPORTANTE: ricordati di effettuare la richiesta di reso solo ed esclusivamente dopo aver ritirato l'ordine ed essere in possesso della merce. Con la richiesta di reso infatti viene prenotato in automatico il ritiro del corriere all'indirizzo di fatturazione inserito in fase di acquisto. L’indirizzo di ritiro non potrà essere cambiato in questa fase. Ricorda che non è possibile restituire uno o più articoli in momenti diversi.
