If I place an order today, when will it be shipped?
Our shipments are going on regularly, you will receive your orders according to the time schedules provided by our website, except for sales' and promotion periods when shipments may be delayed.
Is there a risk of contagion through receiving orders?
Absolutely not, we take care of every single order, following all the hygienic- sanitary indications, in compliance with the issued directives.
Can couriers delivering packages transmit contagion?
There is no risk of contracting the virus through parcels or deliveries. For greater protection for everyone, our logistics partner has equipped the couriers with the necessary safety equipment.
I booked a return but the courier didn't come through, how can I?
Don’t worry, you’ll be contacted via email with a new pickup reservation as soon as the emergency is released.
I delivered the returned parcel to the courier, when will I receive the refund?
The refund will be made within 14 working days after the delivery of the returned parcel to our warehouse.
To check on which day the returned parcel was delivered to us, we invite you to
check the tracking provided in the courier’s confirmation email used to send us the
parcel.
