You will receive two emails, an order confirmation email (right after the online purchase is placed) and an email to confirm shipping (containing a link to track the package).

Payments
The online payment is debited when the goods are shipped. At the same time, you will receive and email to notify you of shipment.
You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and PostePay) or PayPal.
Shipping
You can choose to have your order delivered to an address of your choice (home, office, etc.).
Courier delivery is free for all orders equal to or greater than €200. For purchases under €200, delivery costs can be found here.
Overall delivery times can vary. They are calculated by adding the order preparation time to that of the shipment.
Preparation times
Orders with home delivery are prepared from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) within 3 business days from the Order Confirmation.
Shipping times
Once the package has been prepared, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. If you have chosen home delivery, the package will arrive in 1-3 business days.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 7:00PM). In exceptional cases, deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g.: strikes or atmospheric conditions).
No. It is possible to request the change by contacting our Customer Service directly by writing to shop@rinascimento.com. If you have already received the shipping confirmation email, you will have to wait for the first delivery attempt before requesting a change.
If you have placed your order through your account, you can verify the status in the “My Orders” section in your personal profile. For home delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

You can return the products purchased online at no cost within 14 days from receipt of the package.
