Only one return per order is allowed.
You can select your preferred return method from those available:
- Drop-off at a collection point
- Drop-off at a Rinascimento store
Once the return is confirmed, you will receive the order refund within 14 business days from the day the package arrives at our warehouse.

Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable. You will receive a refund of the price paid for the product, net of any discounts or promotions applied.
You will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.

Shortly, you will receive an email with all the summary information, instructions for packaging the items, and the QR code to show at the pickup point. The refund will be processed as soon as our operators have checked the returned goods.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method or by bank transfer in case of cash on delivery.

Prepare the package
You can reuse the box you received with your order. Make sure that the items to be returned have their tags attached and have not been damaged or deteriorated. Also include any accessories (belt, dust bag, etc.) in the box. Take the package to a pickup point of your choice and simply show the QR code from the return confirmation email.

Refund
After receiving the return, our warehouse will carry out all checks to verify that the procedure and conditions have been met. Once the return is confirmed, you will receive the refund within 14 business days from the day the package arrives at our warehouse. You will receive a return and refund confirmation email within a few hours (if you don't receive it, check your spam folder).
Please remember you can ship the return within 14 days, counting as the first day the date your order was delivered (for example: if you received the order on the 10th of the month, you can return it by the 23rd of the same month).
