We'll ship from monday to friday. The order elaboration vary from 24 to 72 hours from order's confirmation. The delivery takes place in 3-5 working days from the time the parcel leaves our warehouse. Orders may suffer delays in despatch and delivery due to public holidays and during sale periods.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS The Rinascimento On-line Store aims to ensure full satisfaction during your Shopping Experience. If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order or if the products delivered are not of the required quality, the Customer may return the product purchased within 14 days of receipt. The Right of Withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the Customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of any gifts. Teddy will refund the Customer for the amount of purchased goods excluding the original shipping costs which are at Customer's expenses; just in case of defected items the original shipping costs are at Teddy's expenses.
Tights and lingerie may be returned provided that the packaging has not been opened or tampered with and is therefore undamaged.
COST OF RETURNING GOODS In case of returns request the shipping costs are at Teddy's expenses only if the withdrawal is booking through Teddy's couriers; unlike the Customer have to pay for the return shipment.
