Only one return per order is allowed.
You can select your preferred return method from those available:
- Drop-off at a collection point
- Drop-off at a Rinascimento store
Once the return is confirmed, you will receive the order refund within 14 business days from the day the package arrives at our warehouse.
The refund will be issued through the same payment method you used for the purchase:

Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable. You will receive a refund of the price paid for the product, net of any discounts or promotions applied.
You will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.

Soon, you'll receive an email with all the summary information, packing directions, and QR code to show at the pickup point. The refund will be made immediately after our operators have checked the returned goods.

Prepare the package
You can reuse the box you received with your order. Make sure the items to be returned have their tags attached and have not been damaged or deteriorated. Also include any accessories (belt, dust bag, etc.) in the box. Take the package to your selected Poste Italiane drop-off point where you simply need to show the QR code from the return confirmation email.
