Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable. You will receive a refund of the price paid for the product, net of any discounts or promotions applied.

Prepare the package
Puoi riutilizzare la scatola ricevuta con il tuo ordine. Assicurati che gli articoli da restituire siano provvisti di cartellino e che non siano stati danneggiati o deteriorati. Inserisci nella scatola anche eventuali accessori (cintura, sacca antipolvere, ecc.). Porta il pacco presso un punto di ritiro Poste Italiane da te selezionato dove sarà sufficiente mostrare il QR code presente nella mail di conferma del reso.

Refund
Successivamente alla ricezione del reso, il nostro magazzino effettuerà tutti i controlli per verificare che la procedura e le condizioni siano state rispettate.A reso confermato riceverai il rimborso dell'ordine entro 14 giorni lavorativi dal giorno in cui il pacco sarà arrivato presso il nostro magazzino. Riceverai entro alcune ore una email di conferma del reso e del rimborso (se non la ricevi controlla nello spam).
