How would you like to return the products?
Bring all the items you wish to return to one of the Rinascimento stores.
Items will be collected by a courier at the address you provide.
Once the online request has been submitted, it will no longer be possible to return in store.
In-store return
Follow these steps to make an in-store return. You can read the return policy on this page.
Prepare the items
- Make sure the items to be returned have their tags and have not been damaged or deteriorated.
- Bring any accessories with you (belt, dust bag, etc.).
Refund
The sales staff will carry out all checks to verify that the procedure and conditions have been met. Once the return is confirmed, you will receive the refund within 14 business days.
Please remember you can return within 14 days, counting as the first day the date your order was delivered (for example: if you received the order on the 10th of the month, you can return it by the 23rd of the same month).

Per ogni ordine è possibile effettuare un unico reso.
Potrai selezionare la modalità di reso che preferisci tra quelle disponibili:
- Consegna presso un Punto di ritiro
- Ritiro a domicilio da parte del corriere
A reso confermato, riceverai il rimborso dell'ordine entro 14 giorni lavorativi dal giorno in cui il pacco arriverà presso il nostro magazzino.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato attraverso la stessa modalità di pagamento che hai utilizzato per l'acquisto:

Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable. You will receive a refund of the price paid for the product, net of any discounts or promotions applied.
You will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.

A breve, riceverai un' e-mail con tutte le informazioni di riepilogo, le indicazioni per imballare gli articoli e il QR code da mostrare al punto di ritiro. Sarà effettuato il rimborso subito dopo che i nostri operatori avranno controllato la merce resa.
Il rimborso sarà accreditato sul sistema di pagamento originario o bonifico nel caso di Contrassegno.

Prepare the package
Puoi riutilizzare la scatola ricevuta con il tuo ordine. Assicurati che gli articoli da restituire siano provvisti di cartellino e che non siano stati danneggiati o deteriorati. Inserisci nella scatola anche eventuali accessori (cintura, sacca antipolvere, ecc.). Porta il pacco presso un punto di ritiro Poste Italiane da te selezionato dove sarà sufficiente mostrare il QR code presente nella mail di conferma del reso.

Wait for the courier
Il ritiro del pacco di reso verrà programmata nelle prossime 24/48 ore (esclusi giorni festivi e weekend).Riceverai una mail da parte del corriere che confermerà la data e la fascia oraria del ritiro.In caso di mancato ritiro, contatta il prima possibile il Servizio Clienti.
Refund
Successivamente alla ricezione del reso, il nostro magazzino effettuerà tutti i controlli per verificare che la procedura e le condizioni siano state rispettate.A reso confermato riceverai il rimborso dell'ordine entro 14 giorni lavorativi dal giorno in cui il pacco sarà arrivato presso il nostro magazzino. Riceverai entro alcune ore una email di conferma del reso e del rimborso (se non la ricevi controlla nello spam).
